Vegetable Stir-Fry

A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with colorful veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

1. Heat sesame oil in a wok over high heat. 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds. 3. Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper, stir-fry for 3 minutes. 4. Add zucchini and soy sauce, cook for another 2 minutes. 5. Serve hot as a side dish or over rice.
